- • Launch and own the Brazilian market for a D2C subscription product from zero, establishing paid user acquisition presence across all channels.
- • Define and execute the country strategy for Brazil, including channel selection, audience targeting, creative direction, and performance measurement, with the goal of scaling to a seven-figure monthly ad budget.
- • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across global platforms (e.g., Meta, Google) and identify, test, and scale Brazilian-specific local ad networks and traffic sources.
- • Own relationships with local Brazilian advertising vendors and platforms to drive volume and efficiency.
- • Develop Brazil-specific creative briefs grounded in deep cultural and audience insights, working closely with the creative team to localize messaging, language, and formats.
- • Continuously test and iterate localized creatives and offers based on performance data to maximize conversion rates and reduce CAC.
- • Build custom performance models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks using Excel, Tableau, and Mixpanel to track LTV:CAC, ARPU, and ROAS.
- • Drive data-driven budget allocation decisions across channels to ensure positive return on ad spend and predictable, scalable growth.
- • Partner with the data team to apply attribution insights to country-level scaling decisions and refine targeting strategies.
- • Present a clear, data-backed weekly country strategy to stakeholders, including results, performance analysis, and next-step recommendations.
- • Maintain full accountability for Brazil’s subscription volume and growth targets, regardless of channel mix or source of performance.
- • Operate autonomously with minimal oversight, proactively identifying growth opportunities and resolving performance issues before they impact results.
- • Maintain high performance under pressure by managing multiple campaigns, tests, and reporting streams simultaneously without compromising quality or accuracy.
- • Communicate clearly and directly with cross-functional teams and leadership, translating complex performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- • Ensure all user acquisition activities comply with local Brazilian advertising regulations and cultural norms to maximize relevance and compliance.
- • Leverage fluency in Brazilian Portuguese to authentically connect with the audience and guide creative and messaging decisions.
- • Use working English to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders and cross-regional teams.
- • Maintain rigorous analytical discipline — all decisions must be grounded in data, not intuition, with clear metrics driving every budget, scaling, or pause decision.
- • Scale the market rapidly while maintaining efficiency, ensuring CAC remains below LTV thresholds and ROAS remains consistently positive.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of hands-on paid user acquisition experience for D2C subscription products (web-to-web)
- • Proven track record of launching and scaling Brazil as a market with ownership of country-level targets and results
- • Experience managing $100k+ in monthly ad spend with clear ROI accountability
- • Hands-on experience with Brazilian local ad networks and traffic sources beyond global platforms
- • Deep knowledge of the Brazilian audience — segments, messaging, and creative codes that convert
- • Fluent Brazilian Portuguese plus working English for stakeholder communication
- • Advanced Excel skills plus proficiency in Tableau and Mixpanel — ability to build custom performance models and frameworks
