- • Own and optimize the Facebook ad account end to end, including structure, bidding, budget allocation, and scaling for a core D2C subscription product.
- • Maintain high subscription volume while driving efficient CPA and positive ROAS across multiple geographies.
- • Prepare and present a clear weekly channel strategy with performance results and actionable next steps.
- • Continuously test new campaign structures, audiences, bidding strategies, and ad placements to avoid performance plateaus.
- • Run structured creative testing to identify winning ad angles, hooks, and formats, and proactively manage creative fatigue at high spend levels.
- • Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and provide data-driven feedback on messaging and creative direction.
- • Build custom performance models, analyses, and reporting using Excel, Tableau, and Mixpanel to track key metrics and inform growth decisions.
- • Develop growth plans based on CPA, ROAS, and ARPU cohort data in partnership with the data team.
- • Own the channel testing roadmap, including audience expansion, bidding optimization, geo-expansion, and landing funnel improvements.
- • Manage six-figure monthly ad spend on Facebook with clear ROI accountability and a proven track record of profitable scaling.
- • Operate autonomously with minimal oversight, making independent, data-driven decisions to drive consistent, high-ROI growth.
- • Work across multiple countries, running and scaling campaigns in diverse markets with localized performance optimization.
- • Maintain advanced proficiency in Excel to build performance frameworks and use Tableau and Mixpanel for deep-dive analytics and reporting.
- • Communicate clearly and directly with stakeholders, presenting insights, results, and recommendations with precision and impact.
- • Operate under high load, managing multiple campaigns, tests, and reporting streams in parallel without compromising quality or timeliness.
- • Actively seek new approaches beyond current successful tactics, avoiding status quo defense and prioritizing innovation in channel strategy.
- • Ensure all user acquisition efforts are aligned with web-to-web subscription funnels, optimizing for conversion at every stage.
- • Work within the CET time zone (±4 hours) to ensure optimal collaboration and real-time communication with the team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of hands-on paid social experience with Facebook as the primary owned channel
- • Experience managing six-figure monthly ad spend on Facebook with clear ROI accountability
- • Proven track record of scaling high-volume, profitable subscription growth through web funnels for D2C products
- • Deep Meta platform knowledge: account structures, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing methodology
- • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Tableau and Mixpanel to build custom performance models
- • Multi-GEO experience running and scaling Facebook campaigns across multiple countries
