- • Own and optimize the TikTok ad account end to end, including campaign structure, bidding, budget allocation, and scaling to a 7-figure annual budget.
- • Drive sustainable, high-ROI growth by consistently improving CAC and maintaining strong ROAS across multiple geographies.
- • Systematically open and scale new markets by prioritizing, testing, and expanding TikTok campaigns across worldwide regions with independent geo-specific decisions.
- • Prepare and present a clear weekly channel strategy with performance context, key insights, and actionable next steps for stakeholder alignment.
- • Run a high-velocity creative testing pipeline to identify winning ad angles, hooks, and formats, and proactively manage creative fatigue by rotating and scaling winners rapidly.
- • Brief the creative team with data-driven feedback on ad content priorities, based on performance trends and audience response.
- • Build custom performance models, analyses, and reporting using Excel, Tableau, and Mixpanel to track channel efficiency and inform scaling decisions.
- • Partner with the data team to integrate attribution insights into campaign strategy and budget allocation for improved accuracy and impact.
- • Own the channel testing roadmap, including audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and landing funnel optimizations to maximize subscription conversion.
- • Monitor TikTok platform updates, ad product releases, and policy changes to adapt strategy quickly and maintain compliance and performance.
- • Research market trends, competitor ad creatives, and paid social best practices to identify untapped growth opportunities and bring tested, actionable proposals.
- • Operate autonomously with minimal oversight, taking full ownership of the TikTok channel as a profit center with clear ROI accountability.
- • Make all scaling and optimization decisions grounded in data, not intuition, using advanced Excel skills to build independent performance frameworks.
- • Maintain high performance under pressure by managing multiple parallel workstreams without compromising quality or speed.
- • Communicate insights, results, and recommendations clearly and directly in strong English to stakeholders across teams.
- • Ensure all activities align with D2C subscription growth goals, focusing on web-to-web conversion funnels to drive paid user acquisition.
- • Maintain deep expertise in TikTok’s platform mechanics, including audience targeting, ad formats, bidding algorithms, and creative testing methodologies.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of hands-on paid social experience with TikTok as the primary owned channel
- • Experience managing $200k+ in monthly ad spend with clear ROI accountability on TikTok
- • Proven track record of scaling TikTok budgets efficiently while maintaining strong ROAS
- • Advanced Excel skills and ability to build custom performance models and reporting frameworks
- • Multi-GEO expertise: running and scaling campaigns across multiple countries and languages with independent decision-making
- • Deep knowledge of TikTok’s ad platform: account structures, targeting, bidding, and creative testing methodology
