📋 Description

• • As a Senior UX Designer at Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will shape intuitive, accessible, and impactful user experiences for clinical technology platforms that support clinical trials, diagnostics, and medical decision-making in regulated environments.
• • You will lead user research, design end-to-end experiences, create wireframes and prototypes, conduct usability testing, iterate on designs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and establish UX/UI standards to ensure consistency and usability across products.
• • You will join a global UX/UI team within a mission-driven organization focused on improving patient outcomes worldwide through regulated technology that unlocks better evidence.
