📋 Description

• As a Senior UX Designer at ARB Interactive, you will lead the end-to-end design process for one or more product verticals within Modo Casino, a top Social+ platform in the US, directly influencing user engagement, conversion, and retention through compelling, user-centered experiences that align with business goals and brand identity.
• You will translate product vision and user needs into elegant, functional interfaces while owning and evolving the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility across all mobile surfaces, advocating for the user in cross-functional discussions and shaping product strategy through data-informed design thinking.
• Day to day, you will lead UX and UI design from concept to launch and beyond, creating wireframes, prototypes, interaction flows, and high-fidelity mockups with meticulous attention to detail for iOS and Android platforms.
• You will conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions, then collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing to validate feasibility, optimize performance, and align designs with product goals and technical constraints.
• You will participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and product brainstorming sessions, proactively identifying UX issues and proposing solutions based on data and research, while maintaining clear design documentation to support seamless engineering handoff.
• You will partner with analytics and product teams to validate design hypotheses through experimentation and iteration, ensuring designs are continuously improved based on real user feedback and evolving requirements.
• You will contribute to a collaborative, curious, and high-energy team culture by mentoring junior designers, sharing best practices, providing constructive feedback, and demonstrating thought leadership in user-centered design.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design on mobile platforms, including iOS and Android.
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools) for design, prototyping, and collaboration, with a deep understanding of mobile interaction patterns, user behavior, and platform-specific best practices.
• Experience working in social, gaming, real-money gaming, or sweepstakes products is strongly preferred, along with the ability to balance business needs, technical constraints, and user empathy in your design approach.
