- • Senior UX Researcher role focused on building and scaling a research practice that directly informs product decisions for a high-growth D2C product used by hundreds of thousands globally.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include setting the research agenda, designing and running qualitative and quantitative studies (interviews, usability tests, surveys, diary studies), analyzing behavioral data from tools like Mixpanel and Clarity, conducting competitor research, translating findings into actionable recommendations, defining quantitative metrics, supporting A/B test hypothesis development, maintaining a research repository, identifying analytics gaps, and establishing research standards across the organization.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4-6+ years of UX research experience in a product company, not an agency
- • Proven track record of running both qualitative and quantitative research end-to-end
- • Experience designing and running user interviews, usability tests, and surveys independently, from question design to analysis to recommendations
- • Strong experience analyzing user behavior using session recording tools (Clarity, Hotjar, FullStory) and product analytics (Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, or similar)
- • Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable, prioritized insights
- • Excellent written and verbal communication, you present research clearly to non-researchers and advocate for both the user and the business
