- • As a Senior UX/UI Designer at Decile Group, Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping the future of venture capital by designing intuitive, impactful, and visually compelling digital experiences. You will lead the creative direction for our cutting-edge SaaS and AI platforms, directly contributing to our mission of launching 1,000 next-generation venture capital firms by 2025. - • You will be the primary driver of design excellence, translating complex concepts into elegant and user-friendly interfaces. This involves a deep understanding of user needs, market trends, and the specific challenges faced by venture capitalists and founders. Your work will span the entire design lifecycle, from initial concept and user research to wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity visual design, and collaboration with engineering teams for seamless implementation.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to elevate our brand identity through thoughtful and consistent design. You will work closely with marketing and storytelling teams to ensure that our visual language resonates with our target audience, inspiring confidence and trust among founders, investors, and our internal team. This means crafting visuals that not only look smart but also effectively communicate the sophistication and innovation inherent in our venture ideas.
- • You will take ownership of the user experience for our Decile Hub platform, a critical tool designed to reduce barriers to entry for new investors. This includes designing features that streamline the process of launching and growing investment firms, making complex financial operations accessible and manageable.
- • Furthermore, you will contribute significantly to the design of our VC Lab accelerator program's digital presence, ensuring it provides an exceptional experience for participants and stakeholders. This involves creating engaging interfaces for learning, networking, and program management.
