• • The Senior Video Editor at ACQ Media is a player-coach role responsible for producing high-quality long-form and short-form content while setting editorial standards for the entire editing team. This role is critical to building a media powerhouse that drives measurable reach, brand influence, and business impact across the Acquisition.com ecosystem.
• • Day to day, the Senior Video Editor edits and delivers content across formats, defines editorial style and structure for new shows, reviews and provides actionable feedback on editor cuts, mentors team members through skill-building and performance guidance, and enforces post-production standards like file management and workflow consistency.
• • ACQ Media operates as the in-house media engine for Acquisition.com, led by Alex Hormozi, Leila Hormozi, and Sharran Srivatsaa, with a mission to build the leading business media organization in the world by 2030 through structured workflows, batch production, and AI-native innovation.
• • In this role, the individual will develop leadership and mentoring skills, shape the creative direction of new shows, refine editorial judgment at scale, and contribute to a repeatable content machine that compounds output, quality, and brand equity over time.
