📋 Description

• Senior Video Editor role at Jerry Technologies Inc., a pre-IPO startup disrupting the car ownership market with AI-powered solutions, where you will own the creative quality of video assets that drive customer acquisition and brand impact.
• Day to day, you will edit high volumes of performance video ads end-to-end across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, CTV, and emerging channels; iterate rapidly based on performance data; collaborate with creative and growth teams; handle motion graphics, color, and audio mixing; leverage AI editing tools; and QC all assets against platform and brand standards.

• In this role, you will sharpen your performance editing instincts, deepen your expertise in AI-assisted workflows, influence creative strategy at the intersection of art and conversion, and grow your impact in a high-volume, high-craft environment where your editing directly shapes customer behavior and business scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience, ideally with significant time spent on performance or direct-response creative (paid social, DTC, app-based brands, or performance agencies)
• Deep fluency in Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut; comfortable with After Effects for motion and basic compositing
• Strong performance editing instincts — understanding hooks, pacing, and CTAs, and ability to feel when a cut isn't working and why
• Ability to operate at high volume without sacrificing quality — organized, fast, and consistent
• Motion graphics and basic color grading capability — able to deliver polished, platform-ready assets without relying on additional post resources
• Collaborative and communicative — takes direction well, gives clear feedback, and works effectively across creative and growth teams
• AI fluency — actively uses or experiments with AI-assisted editing tools to work faster and smarter
