- • Senior Videographer role focused on visual storytelling and creating high-quality video content to elevate BJAK’s brand and drive audience engagement across digital platforms.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing video shoots, operating camera and audio equipment, editing videos with attention to pacing and storytelling, performing color grading and sound design, collaborating with Creative and Marketing teams, managing production workflows, and staying updated on video trends and platform best practices.
- • BJAK is a mission-driven technology company building superior application platforms globally, known for developing Southeast Asia’s leading insurance platform serving over 8 million users, with a flat, talented team focused on engineering and product excellence.

🎯 Requirements
- • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, Communications, or related fields
- • 1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing (agency or in-house)
- • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition)
- • Skilled in camera operations, lighting techniques, and audio recording
- • Strong portfolio or showreel showcasing a variety of video styles and storytelling approaches
- • Experience working with small production teams or freelancers is a plus (not required)
