📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to identify technical, on-page, and content-related growth opportunities across website properties.
• Optimize on-page SEO elements including metadata, headers, internal linking, URL structure, and site architecture to improve search engine crawlability and indexing.
• Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, keyword rankings, and search visibility across Google, Bing, and other traditional search engines.
• Implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) best practices to enhance content visibility and authority on AI-powered search platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.
• Research emerging AI search technologies and adapt content strategies to align with evolving AI-driven search behaviors and user intent patterns.
• Perform keyword and topic research to identify high-value opportunities for content creation and optimization within the commercial and multifamily construction industry.
• Create detailed content briefs and optimization recommendations to guide writers and content teams in producing search-optimized, authoritative content.
• Improve existing website content to increase relevance, engagement, and ranking potential for target keywords and AI search queries.
• Identify gaps in content coverage and propose new content development initiatives to capture untapped search traffic and establish domain authority.
• Collaborate with web development and design teams to implement technical SEO improvements such as site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, schema markup, and structured data implementation.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Moz to track organic traffic trends, ranking movements, and conversion metrics.
• Deliver regular SEO performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure all SEO and AEO initiatives align with the company’s broader digital growth goals and brand positioning in the construction industry.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of algorithm updates, search engine policy changes, and AI search innovations to proactively adjust optimization strategies.
• Optimize content for user experience by improving readability, structure, and relevance to drive higher dwell time and lower bounce rates.
• Work exclusively during U.S. business hours to support client needs and coordinate with U.S.-based teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all SEO audits, content edits, and reporting deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SEO
• Experience improving organic rankings and website traffic
• Experience conducting SEO audits and technical SEO improvements
• Experience using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Moz
• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
• Understanding of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and AI-powered search trends
