  • • This is a highly customer-facing role, deeply rooted in driving measurable outcomes and providing consultative expertise. Your primary accountability will span the entire early customer lifecycle, from meticulous onboarding to leading strategic initiatives and executing early-stage growth plans, ultimately culminating in the conversion of successful pilot programs or initial engagements into robust, long-term contracts.
  • • You are not merely a delivery manager; you are the architect and custodian of customer momentum, ensuring they not only understand but actively leverage our platform for compounding organic growth.
  • • Your day-to-day will involve working intimately with clients to forge growth strategies that are strategically anchored in SEO, content optimization, and AI visibility. You will act as the crucial bridge between these strategies and their execution, collaborating closely with our talented team of editors and specialists.
  • • A key facet of your role will be to translate complex performance metrics—including website traffic, search engine rankings, AI visibility scores, and conversion rates—into clear, actionable business impact that resonates with senior marketing leadership.
  • • You will be responsible for ensuring that clients have a profound understanding of what strategies are proving effective, the underlying reasons for their success, and the precise steps they need to take to continue their growth journey.
  • • A significant part of your responsibility will be to own the entire customer journey from initial onboarding through early delivery phases, meticulously guiding clients towards conversion into long-term, mutually beneficial contracts.
  • • You will take the lead in defining and driving customer strategy across the critical domains of SEO, content marketing, and AI-driven visibility, maintaining an unwavering focus on achieving predefined growth outcomes.
  • • Regular engagement is paramount; you will conduct weekly or bi-weekly customer meetings, serving as the primary point of contact and managing all day-to-day communications with professionalism and efficiency.
  • • You will be adept at translating intricate performance data into clear, compelling narratives about business impact, demonstrating the tangible value GrowthX AI delivers.
  • • Close collaboration with our internal teams of editors and specialists is essential to guarantee the delivery of high-quality work that meets deadlines consistently.
  • • A proactive approach to problem-solving is expected; you will be tasked with swiftly identifying and removing any blockers that impede customer progress and will be prepared to step in directly to provide hands-on leadership when execution demands it.
  • • You will actively identify opportunities for customer renewals and expansions, strategically advancing these conversations in close partnership with our Account Directors to foster sustained client relationships.
  • • A vital contribution will be sharing insights, learnings, and identified patterns back with the broader team, thereby contributing to the continuous improvement of our playbooks and the scalability of our delivery processes.
  • • Operating effectively within a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment is crucial, where priorities can shift rapidly and speed of execution is a key determinant of success.
  • • You will be deeply accountable for the ultimate success and sustained momentum of your assigned customer portfolio, embodying a commitment to their outcomes.
