  • • As an SEO Customer Success professional at GrowthX AI Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping the trajectory of our clients' growth by owning the critical post-sale customer lifecycle. Your primary mission is to transform new customers into deeply engaged, long-term partners who not only achieve tangible growth but also actively seek to expand their engagement with our innovative AI-driven solutions. This role is inherently customer-facing, relentlessly outcome-driven, and requires a highly consultative approach, positioning you as a trusted advisor to senior marketing leaders.
  • • You will be accountable for the entire onboarding process, guiding clients through their initial strategy development and early-stage execution. A key part of your responsibility will be to successfully convert initial engagements and pilot programs into robust, long-term contracts, demonstrating the immediate and sustained value of GrowthX AI.
  • • This is not merely a delivery management role; you are the architect and custodian of customer momentum. You will work intimately with clients to craft bespoke growth strategies, with a sharp focus on SEO, content marketing, and leveraging AI for enhanced visibility. Your expertise will be crucial in translating these strategies into actionable plans, which you will then collaborate on with our talented team of editors and specialists to ensure high-quality execution.
  • • A significant aspect of your role involves ensuring clients have a crystal-clear understanding of our methodologies, the 'why' behind our strategies, and the actionable steps they need to take for continued success. You will be the bridge between complex data and clear business impact, making performance metrics such as traffic growth, keyword rankings, AI visibility improvements, and conversion rates easily digestible and directly linked to their business objectives.
  • • You will orchestrate and lead regular customer meetings, typically on a weekly or bi-weekly cadence, and manage all day-to-day communications, ensuring seamless interaction and proactive engagement. This involves anticipating client needs, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining a consistent flow of information.
  • • A core function of your role is to partner closely with our internal editors and specialists. You will ensure that the execution of strategies is not only high-quality but also delivered on time, meeting and exceeding client expectations. This collaborative effort is vital for delivering on the promises made during the sales process.
  • • You are empowered to identify and swiftly remove any blockers that impede customer progress or execution. In situations where immediate, hands-on leadership is required to overcome challenges, you will step in directly to ensure momentum is maintained and objectives are met.
  • • Proactively identifying opportunities for renewal and expansion of services is a key performance indicator. You will work in close partnership with our Account Directors to nurture these opportunities, driving further value for both the client and GrowthX AI.
  • • A critical feedback loop involves sharing your insights, learnings, and observed patterns with the broader team. This information is invaluable for refining our playbooks, improving our delivery processes, and enabling us to scale our success across all clients.
  • • Operating effectively within a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment is essential. Priorities can evolve rapidly, and the ability to adapt and execute with speed and precision is paramount. You will thrive in a dynamic setting where agility and a proactive mindset are key to success.
  • • You will be a champion for our AI-forward approach, continuously exploring and integrating new AI capabilities into client strategies to drive compounding organic growth. This involves staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI and SEO and translating them into practical, impactful solutions for our clients.
  • • Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to foster deep client loyalty, drive measurable business outcomes, and contribute to the overall growth and reputation of GrowthX AI as a leader in AI-powered marketing solutions.
