- • As a Service Designer at Humana Inc., you will support concept initiatives across framing, research, experience design, testing, and implementation planning, helping to shape holistic member experiences in healthcare and health insurance.
- • Day to day, you will assist with user research, analysis and synthesis, concept ideation, prototyping and testing, and contribute to service blueprints, low- and mid-fidelity prototypes, frameworks, concept illustrations, and storytelling materials to communicate design work effectively.
- • You will collaborate with UX/UI designers, product teams, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless integration between digital tools and offline touchpoints, strengthening cross-enterprise collaboration through emotional intelligence and curiosity.
- • In this role, you will deepen your industry understanding of health insurance, digital health, and service design best practices while crafting visual stories that simplify complex concepts, quickly prototyping solutions, and delivering thoughtful work efficiently to drive real change in member experiences.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Design, HCD, or a related field
- • 1-3 years of relevant industry experience
- • Portfolio demonstrating foundational skills in journey mapping, user research, prototyping, information design and/or illustration
- • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Lucid/Miro, PPT, and Adobe Creative Suite
