  • • As a Service Desk Technician at Deel, you will play a critical role in maintaining the technology infrastructure that supports a global workforce of over 7,000 employees across 100+ countries, ensuring seamless access to tools and systems that enable productivity and security.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user access via SSO and identity systems, performing root cause analysis on tickets, administering applications like Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace, and providing on-call weekend support on a rotational basis.
  • • You will work closely with the IT team and cross-functional partners such as InfoSec and DevOps to improve IT processes, document workflows, and implement efficiency gains across the technology stack.
  • • This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in identity and access management, endpoint support, and IT operations within a fast-scaling, innovative SaaS environment, positioning you for growth in enterprise IT and systems administration.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2 years of experience as an IT Support Technician, Administrator, or in a related technical role
  • • Hands-on experience with SSO systems (e.g., OneLogin, JumpCloud, Okta) for user management, including password and MFA resets, group management, and access logging
  • • Proficiency with endpoint management tools and familiarity with macOS administration and troubleshooting
  • • Experience administering and supporting core productivity platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and ticketing systems
  • • Strong understanding of information security best practices and confidentiality when handling sensitive data
