- • As a Service Desk Technician (Tier 1) at Logicalis Group Limited, you will serve as the first point of contact for corporate clients, delivering timely and professional technical support via phone, email, and chat to ensure seamless user productivity and satisfaction. Your role is critical in maintaining operational continuity by resolving common IT issues quickly and efficiently, directly impacting client experience and trust in Logicalis’ service excellence.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing support for Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems, troubleshooting Outlook and Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), assisting with mobile device configuration and email synchronization, managing VPN connectivity issues, and utilizing remote access tools to control and diagnose user computers. You will also handle password resets via Active Directory, assist with network printer setup and changes, and maintain accurate documentation using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
- • You will be expected to manage a high volume of support requests, efficiently resolving 50–60 issues per day while adhering to strict service level expectations. This includes demonstrating strong troubleshooting and documentation skills, navigating knowledge bases effectively, and following through on tasks with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • Trade School Certificate or Associate Degree in a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- • Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center, help desk, or service desk environment supporting end-user IT issues.
- • Proven knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems, Microsoft Office 365 suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Active Directory for password resets and user management.
- • Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, remote access tools, and mobile device configuration (email sync, device setup).
- • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills, with ability to navigate knowledge bases and maintain accurate records.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
