• • **Day-to-Day Responsibilities**:
• • **Diagnose and Repair**: Confidently address basic and major mechanical issues, as well as perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics on Lucid Motors’ advanced electric vehicles. This includes troubleshooting High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) systems, ensuring vehicles operate at peak performance.
• • **Master Electric Vehicle Systems**: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of EV-specific technologies, including powertrains, battery systems, and charging infrastructure. Stay updated on industry advancements to provide expert-level service.
• • **Documentation and Compliance**: Follow rigorous repair order documentation procedures, including adhering to the "Three C’s" (Concern, Cause, Correction). Utilize proprietary software suites to meticulously record all customer vehicle interactions, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
• • **Collaboration and Communication**: Work closely with service advisors, managers, and other team members to ensure seamless operations. Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of repairs, timelines, and recommendations to enhance their experience.
• • **Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing**: Demonstrate technical skills and knowledge to peers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. Act as a resource for less experienced technicians, helping them develop their expertise.
