• • As a ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer specializing in Gen AI, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions on the ServiceNow platform, directly enabling enterprise clients to scale with confidence through trusted AI innovation.
• • Day to day, you will design and build GenAI and AI-driven solutions, collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable systems, implement Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Now Assist, NLP, and analytics across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HRSD, develop custom applications and workflows, build integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers, manage full SDLC cycles, and promote update sets aligned with platform standards.
