- • ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer - ITOM role at NewRocket, a leading AI-first Elite ServiceNow Partner, responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of Software Engineers on complex professional services projects involving ITOM (CMDB/Discovery) implementations and integrations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering systems requirements from end-users and stakeholders, customizing ServiceNow applications, configuring REST/SOAP integrations, working with Flow Designer, Business Rules, scripting, and logic implementations, promoting update sets, remediating production incidents, and maintaining operational documentation and SOPs.
