• • As a ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer specializing in ITSM and Custom Applications, you will lead, coach, and mentor a team of engineers delivering professional services to enterprise clients, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with business needs.
• • Day to day, you will gather requirements from stakeholders, customize ServiceNow applications, configure integrations via REST/SOAP, develop workflows and business logic, promote update sets across environments, remediate production incidents, and maintain operational documentation to ensure consistency and reliability.
