• • As a ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer specializing in Service Portal/HRSD, you will lead, coach, and mentor a team of Software Engineers to deliver professional services projects for enterprise customers, ensuring high-quality development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• • Day to day, you will gather systems requirements from end-users and stakeholders, customize ServiceNow applications, configure UI, workflows, and business logic, develop integrations via REST/SOAP, and support rollout of new features while maintaining operational documentation and SOPs.
