📋 Description

• As a Services Resource Advisor at CDW Corporation, you will be at the forefront of ensuring exceptional customer outcomes, fostering coworker engagement, and driving project financial success through strategic resource allocation.
• This pivotal role involves close collaboration with Sales teams, Services Delivery Managers, and Services Resources, acting as a central hub for project fulfillment, system updates, and crucial reporting.
• Your primary responsibility will be the meticulous fulfillment of assignments for CDW Consulting Professionals, ensuring they deliver best-in-class customer experiences and contribute to overall operational excellence.
• You will be instrumental in driving business outcomes by proactively planning for resource demand and expertly matching it with available supply and capacity.
• A key aspect of your role will be to qualify business opportunities, both internally and externally, to determine their viability and potential for success.
• You will be tasked with identifying and overcoming internal and external hurdles that may impede the sales process, developing creative solutions and strategic roadmaps to navigate these challenges.
• Building, maintaining, and actively engaging an ecosystem of external services suppliers will be essential to augment CDW's internal resources when specific needs arise.
• You will manage the organizational capability platform, ensuring that data related to project skills, specifications, and customer goals is readily available and accurately aligned with resource assignments.
• A significant part of your contribution will be achieving revenue and gross profit growth targets within the supported verticals, directly impacting CDW's financial performance.
• Continuous monitoring of capacity across various capability areas will be a daily task, allowing you to proactively re-balance professionals who may be above or below their utilization targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a computer-related field, or 7 years of relevant professional experience, or 3 years of CDW experience, or 2 years of Supervisory experience.
• Strong independence and demonstrated ability to influence others.
• Proven ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate information and interact with various stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with workflow and/or resource management tools.
