- • As a Customer Experience Representative for Simply Eloped, you will be the crucial first point of contact for couples embarking on their elopement journey. Your primary role is to guide them seamlessly through the entire booking and planning process, ensuring their experience is personalized, attentive, friendly, and deeply committed from the moment they inquire until they say “I do”.
- • You will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound sales calls daily, engaging with couples who have proactively sought out Simply Eloped for their wedding ceremony.
- • A key aspect of this role is consistently meeting and exceeding monthly revenue and unit quotas, alongside achieving daily activity expectations. This requires a proactive and results-oriented approach to sales.
- • You will meticulously manage a sales pipeline from initial contact through to successful booking, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.
- • Effective communication is paramount. You will engage with in-bound leads via phone, email, and text messages, articulating the value and process of Simply Eloped with clarity and professionalism.
- • Your performance will be measured against key performance indicators (KPIs) for SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) and customer conversion rates, driving the business forward.
- • Responding to all lead correspondence in a timely and professional manner is essential to maintaining a positive customer experience and maximizing conversion opportunities.
- • You will employ a soft-sell approach, focusing on understanding the couple's needs and presenting Simply Eloped as the ideal solution for their elopement.
- • Collaboration is key. You will act as a team player, readily assisting colleagues during periods of high volume to ensure all customers receive exceptional service.
- • Adaptability is crucial as you will be expected to learn and master new systems and technologies to enhance efficiency and customer interaction.
- • You will serve as a brand ambassador, representing the Simply Eloped business and The Knot Worldwide with integrity and enthusiasm.
- • Building and maintaining strong rapport over the phone is vital. You will actively listen to potential clients, uncover their unique needs, and deliver compelling, concise, and on-point presentations that highlight the benefits of Simply Eloped.
- • Persistence is a virtue in this role. You will consistently follow up with potential clients, nurturing relationships and guiding them towards closing their elopement package.
- • Educating potential clients on the unique value proposition of Simply Eloped is a core responsibility. You will clearly articulate how our company streamlines the process of planning a high-quality, personalized, and cost-conscious elopement ceremony.
- • Demonstrating inquisitiveness, confidence, and the ability to ask insightful questions will be key to uncovering prospect needs and tailoring solutions effectively.
- • You will work closely with and align with our Marketing and Product Teams, providing valuable feedback and collaborating on promotions, talking points, and value propositions to ensure cohesive messaging.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2C sales.
- • Proven experience in high-volume online/digital sales environments.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong grammar and articulation.
- • Ability to work independently and self-manage effectively in a remote environment.
- • Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies and systems.
