📋 Description

• Work 4 x 10-hour shifts per week (Sunday through Wednesday, approximately 10 PM to 9 AM U.S. Pacific Time, including lunch) to support global SaaS operations.
• Deploy, manage, and secure Ivanti’s production Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environments across AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Automate repetitive infrastructure and operational tasks to improve system reliability and reduce manual toil.
• Participate in a 24x7 follow-the-sun on-call rotation for incident response, issue triage, and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with geographically dispersed cross-functional teams including Product Engineering, Security, and Support to resolve complex system issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Java and .NET applications, including application servers, databases, and runtime environments.
• Diagnose and remediate network and storage infrastructure problems impacting service availability and performance.
• Configure and fine-tune load balancers such as HA Proxy, Apache, Nginx, or IIS to optimize traffic routing and system resilience.
• Monitor system health and performance using tools like New Relic, DataDog, or Splunk to detect anomalies and drive proactive improvements.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, and/or GitHub Actions.
• Work with container orchestration platforms including AWS EKS or Azure AKS to manage scalable, resilient microservices.
• Operate and maintain core Linux distributions (Debian, RHEL, SUSE, Slackware) and Windows server environments.
• Manage and tune data services including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch.
• Write and maintain technical documentation and training materials to support team knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
• Train and mentor colleagues on SRE practices, tooling, and operational procedures to strengthen team capability and resilience.

🎯 Requirements

• US citizenship and must be located domestically in the U.S.
• BSc in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience (2+ years with a BSc in Computer Science or equivalent degree)
• Proficiency with Python and experience with one of: Java, Golang, or C#
• Proficiency working with Bash or PowerShell programmatically
• Experience troubleshooting Java and .NET applications, network and storage infrastructure, and core Linux and Windows systems
