📋 Description

• • As a Site Reliability Engineer at Motorola Solutions, you will operate at the critical intersection of software engineering and scalable systems, serving as the final point of escalation for complex production issues while maintaining a 360-degree view of the stack—from application logic down to the kernel and networking layers.
• • You will diagnose complex, intermittent, and high-impact issues to maintain system stability, research and utilize advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot ongoing customer issues in live production environments, and identify single points of failure to redesign systems for maximum redundancy and auto-recovery.
• • You will join the Evidence and Devices Engineering team in Sao Paulo, which is responsible for end-to-end development of life-saving technologies including body-worn cameras, vehicle-mounted systems, and evidence management software used by first responders and enterprise security teams worldwide.
• • You will build internal tooling to empower other engineering teams, develop automation to prevent recurrence of manually solved problems, tweak database queries and thread pools for performance tuning, and lead incident command efforts during high-pressure situations to restore service and protect critical data flows.
