📋 Description

• As a Site Reliability Engineer at Redis, you will ensure the reliability, performance, and availability of Redis’s global infrastructure, directly supporting the high-speed applications that power modern digital experiences worldwide.
• You will manage technical escalations, troubleshoot complex production incidents, and maintain system stability through proactive monitoring, automation, and collaboration with engineering teams in a Follow-the-Sun support model.
• You will work with Azure cloud infrastructure, implement automation using Python and Bash, configure observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK, and contribute to incident response, post-mortems, and disaster recovery planning.
• You will partner with engineering teams to improve system resilience, reduce operational toil through Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and drive continuous improvement in service reliability and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering
• 2+ years of experience managing large-scale cloud-native environments on Azure (Virtual Machines, Networks, Load Balancers)
• Experience developing automation frameworks and regression test suites using Python and Bash (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Proficiency in configuring observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Azure Monitoring) for performance tuning and issue detection
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting production systems, including cloud infrastructure, TCP/IP networking, and NoSQL databases (Redis)
