📋 Description

• • As a Site Reliability Engineer - AI at Scaleway SAS, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational readiness, reliability, and scalability of the infrastructure that powers Scaleway’s cloud and AI products, directly supporting the company’s mission to build a sovereign, sustainable cloud alternative in Europe.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building, standardizing, and enhancing platform infrastructure reliability; onboarding product teams and facilitating deployment of product stacks in new regions; implementing and managing observability tools like Grafana, Thanos, and Alertmanager; automating infrastructure via GitOps (ArgoCD, FluxCD); ensuring configuration consistency using Ansible or Salt; managing operational maintenance and production incidents; defining and monitoring SLAs/SLOs; maintaining technical documentation; managing secrets via HashiCorp Vault; and participating in a weekly on-call rotation (~1 week per month).
• • You will join a collaborative, international team of 5 SREs (including your manager) operating in a stabilized yet dynamic environment focused on onboarding multiple products and standardizing engineering practices, using a blend of Scrum and Kanban methodologies with rotating product referents to reduce bus factor risks and foster knowledge sharing.
