- • As a Site Reliability Engineer at Orcrist Technologies Inc., you will play a critical role in deploying and operating a next-generation data intelligence platform used by defense, law enforcement, and enterprise customers to turn mission-critical data into actionable intelligence.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters in on-prem and hybrid environments, configuring GitOps workflows with Helm/Kustomize, leading incident response for observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana), hardening systems with mTLS, IAM, and network segmentation, and producing compliance documentation and training materials for agency and internal teams.
- • You will join a forward-thinking team building a Kubernetes-based platform delivered as B2B SaaS or self-hosted on-prem, including air-gapped deployments, with a strong focus on security, privacy, and auditability for high-stakes use cases.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in secure, regulated infrastructure operations, gain hands-on experience with GitOps and compliance-driven SRE practices, and contribute directly to systems that support lawful intelligence operations in sensitive environments.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years SRE/DevOps experience with on-call ownership and production system operations
- • Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes (on-prem/hybrid), GitOps (Argo CD/Flux), and infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform)
- • Strong background in observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki) and complex incident response/troubleshooting
- • Proficiency in German and English (C1+), authorized to work in Germany, with willingness to travel (20–30%)
