- • As a Site Reliability Engineer Intern at Credit Acceptance Corporation, you will contribute to the reliability, performance, and scalability of critical systems that support one of the nation’s largest used car finance companies, directly impacting business operations and customer experience.
- • Day to day, you will design and develop software, write unit tests, participate in code reviews, debug production issues, document code and projects, and actively engage in Agile sprints while learning the business domain to better support engineering initiatives.
- • You will join the Engineering and Analytics team, which values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, operating in a casual, inclusive environment recognized as a Great Place to Work with a strong focus on professional development and work-life balance.
- • This 12-week internship offers hands-on experience in enterprise-scale systems, mentorship from experienced engineers, and the opportunity to build foundational SRE skills in monitoring, automation, and incident response—setting the stage for a future career in site reliability or software engineering.
🎯 Requirements
- • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a closely related field
- • Conceptual understanding and use of one or more object-oriented programming languages
- • Experience working in a team environment
