📋 Description
- • Deploy, manage, and scale distributed platforms across multiple geographic regions to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance
- • Design and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure for large-scale applications running in production environments
- • Build and manage Helm charts to enable efficient, repeatable, and standardized application deployments
- • Monitor system health using Grafana dashboards and metrics, proactively identifying and resolving performance and reliability issues
- • Improve system reliability, performance, and scalability through automation, infrastructure as code, and engineering best practices
- • Handle large-scale deployments and optimize infrastructure to support organizational growth and global demand
- • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless CI/CD pipelines and production readiness of applications
- • Implement comprehensive observability, alerting, and incident response processes to minimize downtime and response time
- • Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence
- • Write and maintain detailed runbooks for incident response and operational procedures
- • Utilize infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Git to automate provisioning and configuration of cloud resources
- • Work extensively with AWS services including EKS, VPC, S3, ECR, and IAM roles to manage cloud-native infrastructure
- • Apply strong bash scripting skills to build tooling and automate operational tasks across distributed systems
- • Maintain deep understanding of containerization, microservices architecture, and cloud-native ecosystems
- • Ensure robust CI/CD pipeline integration and automation across development and operational workflows
- • Support multi-region deployments and global infrastructure operations to meet customer demand and compliance needs
- • Engage in on-call rotations to respond to critical system incidents and ensure 24/7 system reliability
- • Contribute to incident post-mortems and drive continuous improvement in system resilience and operational processes
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or similar roles
- • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
- • Strong experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Git)
- • Strong experience with AWS (EKS, VPC, S3, ECR, IAM roles, etc.)
- • Solid experience with Helm charts for application deployment
- • Strong experience in bash scripting and tooling
