- • As a Sitecore Engineer, Lead Consultant at Allstate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping digital experiences that protect families and their belongings by developing and maintaining robust, scalable websites on the Sitecore CMS platform. Your expertise will directly contribute to Allstate’s mission of innovation and customer-centric protection, ensuring digital touchpoints are secure, performant, and aligned with evolving customer needs.
- • You will lead the end-to-end development lifecycle for complex Sitecore-based features, from initial story creation and functional design to implementation, testing, and issue resolution. This includes guiding junior team members, conducting feature reviews, and driving technical excellence through pair-programming, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and proactive defect resolution using Sitecore’s support tools and processes.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and customizing websites using Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA) for Headless implementations, building React-based clients for SXA, configuring and verifying new vendor releases, and leveraging integrated requirements to evaluate software solutions in alignment with corporate and vendor roadmaps.
- • You will actively manage feature blockers, support module and integration testing efforts, and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) across multiple business and technical domains, providing knowledge transfer and coaching to strengthen team capabilities and bench strength.
- • Collaborating closely with business groups and technical teams, you will help resolve technology issues across the enterprise, influence Sitecore feature roadmaps through engagement with developer communities, and contribute to strategic product planning by creating and refining stories for complex features.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5 or more years of experience developing and maintaining customizations and websites on the Sitecore CMS platform (Required)
- • 1 or more years of experience developing and maintaining customizations and websites utilizing Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA) for Headless Sites on Sitecore 10.x (Preferred)
- • 1 or more years of experience developing and maintaining React-based clients for Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA) for Headless Sites on Sitecore 10.x (Preferred)
