📋 Description
- • Camber is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric SMB Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team in New York City. This role is pivotal in nurturing and expanding relationships with our valued Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) clients, primarily within the healthcare sector. You will be the primary advocate for these clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our innovative software solutions designed to improve healthcare quality and accessibility.
- • As an SMB Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated portfolio of high-value accounts. This involves building and maintaining robust, long-term partnerships by understanding their unique business needs and aligning Camber's offerings to meet those needs. Your success will be measured by client retention, satisfaction, and growth within your assigned accounts.
- • A key aspect of this role is acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and thought leader for your SMB clients. You will leverage your deep understanding of the healthcare industry and Camber's platform to provide strategic guidance. This includes running tailored training sessions and enablement programs to help clients effectively adopt best practices, utilize our data and insights, and ultimately achieve their operational and clinical goals.
- • You will serve as the "voice of the customer" within Camber. This involves actively gathering feedback from your SMB accounts and collaborating closely with our internal Engineering teams. Your insights will be critical in informing product development, assisting with the successful rollout of new features specifically for the SMB segment, and ensuring consistently high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) through the delivery of exceptional client experiences.
- • The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be responsible for building and organizing a streamlined ticket management process. Furthermore, you will take ownership of investigating and resolving complex issues, bugs, or any challenges that arise for your SMB clients, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- • A comprehensive understanding of the insurance billing claims lifecycle, from end-to-end, is essential. You will need to develop and maintain expertise in this area, with a particular focus on the specific complexities and requirements relevant to SMB healthcare providers.
- • Data analysis and reporting are integral to this position. You will utilize advanced Excel and data analysis skills to generate in-depth reports, identify actionable insights, and present strategic recommendations to both your SMB clients and internal stakeholders. This analytical capability will drive informed decision-making and demonstrate the value Camber provides.
- • You will proactively identify and cultivate opportunities for expansion and high-value referrals within your existing SMB accounts. This involves recognizing potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities and working to convert them into new business, thereby driving significant revenue growth and expanding Camber's market share within the SMB segment.
- • This role demands a "growth mindset" – an eagerness to embrace the unknown, learn new skills, and adapt to evolving technologies and operational challenges. You will be expected to contribute to shaping Camber's culture and values as an early member of the team, demonstrating independence, throughput, and velocity in driving projects from conception to completion with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
- • Camber is committed to improving healthcare accessibility and quality, and this mission is reflected in our company culture. We foster a collaborative environment where humor is valued, and everyone is deeply invested in helping clinicians and patients. As an employee, you will contribute to upholding security requirements and maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.
