- • As a SOC Engineer at Tenex.AI, you will play a critical role in enhancing the company’s AI-native Managed Detection and Response (MDR) platform by leading incident response, improving telemetry coverage, ensuring detection quality, and contributing to response automation—directly impacting customer security outcomes and internal operational excellence.
- • Day to day, you will handle high-severity incident investigations, assess logging and telemetry gaps across endpoint, network, identity, and cloud environments, evaluate SIEM detection fidelity and parser quality, collaborate with SOAR teams on automation design, support cross-functional technical needs, and drive improvements in SOC tooling and workflows to increase consistency and quality.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in security operations, incident response, or detection engineering with demonstrated depth across multiple domains
- • Strong fluency in logging and telemetry to evaluate coverage posture and identify deficiencies
- • Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (Google Chronicle, Microsoft Sentinel, and/or Splunk)
- • Solid understanding of response automation including enrichment pipelines, SOAR playbooks, and containment logic
- • Working knowledge of cloud security architecture in at least one major cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- • Scripting proficiency in Python or PowerShell for automation and integration work
