- • Analyze social media performance data across digital platforms to evaluate campaign effectiveness for healthcare and life sciences clients, ensuring insights align with regulatory and therapeutic context.
- • Conduct social listening initiatives to identify emerging trends, sentiment shifts, and audience behaviors within regulated healthcare markets, translating raw data into actionable strategic recommendations.
- • Interpret brand-specific nuances and audience sensitivities unique to pharmaceutical advertising, ensuring all insights respect compliance boundaries and ethical communication standards.
- • Collaborate with account, content, and strategy teams to integrate social insights into campaign planning, optimization, and post-campaign reporting.
- • Deliver clear, credible, and data-driven reports that inform client decisions and demonstrate measurable impact on campaign outcomes.
- • Monitor and evaluate the performance of paid, earned, and owned social media channels within the healthcare sector, identifying opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation.
- • Apply deep understanding of FDA, FTC, and other healthcare advertising regulations to contextualize social data and prevent misinterpretation or non-compliant recommendations.
- • Work closely with the Head of Analytics to refine analytical frameworks, standardize reporting metrics, and ensure consistency across client engagements.
- • Translate complex social data into accessible insights for non-technical stakeholders, including client executives and creative teams, without oversimplifying regulatory constraints.
- • Maintain awareness of evolving social media platforms, algorithm changes, and healthcare digital trends to ensure analytical methods remain current and relevant.
- • Ensure all insights are grounded in real-world healthcare advertising experience, avoiding theoretical or generic interpretations that lack industry-specific validity.
- • Support the development of proprietary social analytics tools and dashboards tailored to the unique needs of pharmaceutical and life sciences clients.
- • Uphold strict confidentiality and data integrity standards when handling sensitive patient sentiment, competitor activity, and proprietary client campaign data.
- • Proactively identify potential compliance risks in social content and flag them for legal and regulatory review before campaign activation.
- • Participate in client meetings to present findings, answer questions, and align social insights with broader marketing and medical affairs objectives.
