  • • BJAK is seeking a creative, hands-on, and data-driven Social Media & Community Manager to spearhead our online presence and foster vibrant digital communities. This pivotal role is instrumental in executing our social strategies, cultivating deeply engaged communities, driving significant organic performance, and ensuring our brand voice remains authentic and impactful across all relevant platforms. You will be a key collaborator, working in lockstep with our Marketing, Brand, PR, and Customer Support teams to guarantee a cohesive and powerful communication strategy that resonates with our audience.
  • • In this capacity, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of BJAK's social media and community initiatives. This involves managing our presence across a diverse range of platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and Facebook, while also exploring and leveraging emerging channels. Your daily tasks will encompass content publishing, meticulous scheduling, and ongoing optimization to maintain consistency and ensure content is perfectly tailored for each platform's unique ecosystem.
  • • A core aspect of this role is active audience engagement. You will be the primary point of contact, responding promptly and professionally to comments, direct messages, and broader community discussions. Your interactions will be guided by our brand's voice and values, aiming to build trust, foster loyalty, and encourage advocacy among our users and followers. The goal is to transform passive followers into active brand champions.
  • • Content creation and organic growth are central to this position. You will collaborate closely with our talented copywriters, graphic designers, and video production teams to conceptualize and deliver high-quality, platform-native content that captures attention and drives engagement. A keen eye for identifying emerging trends, popular formats, and relevant cultural moments will be essential for propelling organic growth. You will also play a crucial role in supporting our storytelling initiatives, which aim to humanize the BJAK brand and demystify complex financial topics for a broad audience, making them accessible and relatable.
  • • Performance tracking and analytics are non-negotiable. You will diligently monitor social media performance on a daily and weekly basis, delving into metrics such as engagement rates, reach, audience growth, and sentiment analysis. The insights derived from this data will be critical for identifying areas of improvement and informing future strategies. You will be tasked with preparing comprehensive performance reports, offering actionable recommendations to continuously optimize our content and campaigns for maximum impact.
  • • Campaign execution and cross-functional collaboration are vital. You will actively support integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and overarching brand initiatives by translating them into effective social media strategies. Close alignment with Marketing, Brand, PR, and Product teams will be necessary to ensure consistency in messaging and execution across all touchpoints. Furthermore, you may be called upon to coordinate with external partners, including influencers, creators, or agency teams, to amplify our reach and impact.
  • • Protecting and enhancing our online reputation is paramount. You will continuously monitor brand mentions, comments, and online conversations to safeguard BJAK's digital standing. This includes coordinating closely with our Customer Support teams to address customer inquiries and resolve complaints raised on social platforms. A critical responsibility will be the timely and professional escalation of any potential issues or sensitive conversations that require immediate attention or specialized handling.
