📋 Description

• Create, produce, and publish original short-form video content including screen recordings, product walkthroughs, and promotional assets for social media platforms.
• Film, edit, and polish video content using tools such as Descript and CapCut to ensure professional, brand-aligned delivery.
• Design static graphics and visual assets for social media using Canva, Figma, or similar design platforms.
• Develop and manage content calendars across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring consistent publishing cadence aligned with marketing goals.
• Execute content variations, A/B tests, and experimentation initiatives to optimize engagement and audience growth.
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with audience comments, messages, and interactions across all social channels to foster community and brand loyalty.
• Support influencer collaborations and partnership campaigns by coordinating content delivery and maintaining brand consistency.
• Track and analyze performance metrics including engagement rates, reach, click-through rates, and audience growth across platforms.
• Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights to guide future content strategy and optimization.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, repurposing, scheduling, and reporting workflows while maintaining authentic brand voice and quality standards.
• Ensure all content adheres to established brand messaging, visual identity, and editorial guidelines across every platform.
• Maintain organized, timely, and strategically aligned content pipelines that support demand generation and business growth objectives.
• Work independently to manage multiple content projects simultaneously while collaborating closely with marketing leadership to align with broader campaign priorities.
• Adapt content style and format to suit platform-specific best practices for X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Produce polished, intentional, and professionally executed content that reflects the innovative nature of a B2B SaaS platform serving Shopify brands.
• Contribute to building a recognizable, scalable brand presence in a competitive technology market through consistent, high-quality social media output.
• Apply performance data to refine content strategy, identify trends, and uncover new opportunities for audience expansion and engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts and content programs
• Experience creating original short-form video content from concept through publication
• Proficiency with Descript, CapCut, Canva, and Figma or similar creative tools
• Experience managing content calendars and publishing schedules across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
• Experience supporting social media growth initiatives in B2B SaaS, eCommerce, or technology industries
• Ability to work during U.S. business hours (9:00 - 5:00 EST)
