📋 Description

• Develop and execute organic social media strategies across multiple platforms to grow brand visibility and community engagement in the real estate investing space.
• Create and schedule engaging, brand-aligned content tailored to US and Canadian audiences, leveraging cultural fluency, language nuances, and consumer behavior insights.
• Identify emerging social media trends, content formats, and viral opportunities to increase audience reach and interaction organically.
• Transform coaching content, client testimonials, event highlights, and educational materials into compelling social media assets across text, image, and video formats.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to provide data-informed recommendations for content optimization and growth.
• Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, initiating conversations, and fostering a vibrant, loyal online community.
• Research competitor strategies and industry leaders to uncover content gaps, inspiration, and opportunities for differentiation.
• Manage and maintain consistent content calendars across all platforms, ensuring timely and cohesive posting schedules.
• Support the creation and repurposing of short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook, including scripting, editing, and captioning.
• Collaborate with leadership to align social media messaging with broader company initiatives, including events, coaching programs, and community-building efforts.
• Experiment with new content styles, tones, and formats to determine what resonates most with the target audience and drives measurable engagement.
• Maintain a strong understanding of real estate investing terminology, audience pain points, and motivational triggers to ensure authentic and impactful messaging.
• Take initiative in proposing innovative content ideas and growth experiments without requiring constant direction.
• Work within a fast-paced, small-team environment where adaptability, creativity, and ownership are essential to success.

• Full-time, remote position with flexible hours within Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST
• Salary range of USD 1,500 - USD 2,000/month
