Scale Army is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented professional to own the social media presence for a leading Plastic Surgery–led medical aesthetics practice. This is a fully remote opportunity, ideal for candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe, who are available to work during U.S. business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST) to support U.S.-based clients.
- • Our client operates in a highly regulated environment, prioritizing a premium positioning, patient trust, and a high-touch experience. They have established a strong brand foundation and are looking for a partner to consistently execute across social channels while meticulously maintaining compliance and brand integrity. This role is pivotal in translating a sophisticated brand voice into a dynamic and repeatable content engine, skillfully balancing educational content, compelling patient journey storytelling, and conversion-driven messaging, all within the stringent confines of HIPAA sensitivity.
- • As the Social Media & Content Strategist, you will be the driving force behind the brand's social media strategy and its day-to-day execution. This highly visible position demands a deep understanding of how to translate overarching business objectives into a cohesive and effective social media plan. You will be responsible for developing structured content pillars that bolster brand authority, encompassing educational materials, credibility-building content, authentic patient journey narratives, behind-the-scenes glimpses, and frequently asked questions. Your role will involve close collaboration with leadership to ensure all content aligns with the premium positioning and resonates deeply with the target patient audience, while also independently planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing content across key platforms.

- • Own and refine the overarching social media strategy, translating ambitious business goals into a clear, actionable, and repeatable content plan.
- • Architect and implement structured content pillars designed to elevate brand authority, including educational series, testimonials, patient journey highlights, practice insights, and comprehensive FAQs.
- • Develop meticulously crafted monthly and weekly content calendars, strategically aligned with marketing campaigns, seasonal trends, and critical business priorities.
- • Foster a strong partnership with leadership to ensure all content not only reflects the premium brand positioning but also deeply connects with and appeals to the intended patient demographic.
- • *CONTENT CREATION & PUBLISHING**
- • Produce high-quality, engaging social content, including visually appealing carousels, dynamic reels, and concise short-form video edits, all optimized for maximum platform performance and audience engagement.
- • Craft compelling, on-brand captions that strike a perfect balance between clarity, confidence, and a sophisticated premium tone, avoiding overly aggressive sales language.
- • Uphold a consistent visual direction and brand cohesion across all content assets, meticulously adhering to established color palettes, layout standards, typography, and formatting guidelines.
- • Expertly manage content scheduling and publishing, ensuring a consistent cadence and an unwavering attention to detail.
- • *AUDIENCE ENGAGEMENT & COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT**
- • Diligently monitor comments and engagement across all platforms to cultivate and maintain a professional, trustworthy, and responsive brand presence.
- • Respond to general inquiries with professionalism and accuracy, ensuring strict adherence to all privacy standards and protocols.
- • Skillfully escalate sensitive inquiries or patient-specific questions according to established internal guidelines and compliance procedures.
- • *PERFORMANCE TRACKING & OPTIMIZATION**
- • Meticulously track performance across key social media metrics, including reach, saves, shares, engagement rates, profile actions, and qualitative signals of lead quality.
- • Conduct in-depth analysis to understand content performance drivers, translating insights into concrete, actionable improvements for creative direction, hooks, content cadence, and format selection.
- • Initiate and manage lightweight content experiments, clearly documenting and reporting on learnings and outcomes to inform future strategy.
- • *COMPLIANCE & BRAND SAFETY**
- • Exercise strong professional judgment and maintain strict adherence to privacy standards in all published content and inbound interactions.
- • Operate with confidence and diligence within a regulated, HIPAA-sensitive environment, understanding and respecting clear boundaries regarding patient information.
- • Consistently follow internal compliance processes and actively participate in required documentation and training sessions.
