- • BJAK is seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Social Media Engagement Specialist to become the voice of our brand across diverse digital platforms. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who thrives on building authentic connections, nurturing vibrant online communities, and ensuring BJAK's message resonates powerfully with our global audience. - • As a key member of our marketing and communications team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of BJAK's social media presence. This involves actively engaging with our followers on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and Facebook. Your primary objective will be to foster a sense of community, build trust, and cultivate loyalty by responding to comments, direct messages, and ongoing discussions in a timely, professional, and consistently on-brand manner. This requires a deep understanding of each platform's unique dynamics and audience.
- • A significant part of your role will involve proactive community management. You will monitor brand mentions, tags, and relevant conversations across the social web to ensure we are not only participating but leading positive discussions. This vigilance is crucial for effective reputation management, allowing us to address feedback, celebrate successes, and maintain a strong, responsive presence that reflects BJAK's values and commitment to excellence.
- • Beyond direct engagement, you will play a crucial supporting role in content execution. This includes assisting with the daily publishing and scheduling of social media content, ensuring that our strategic messaging is delivered effectively across all channels. You will collaborate closely with our content, design, and video teams, providing feedback and adapting messaging to suit different platforms and audience segments. Your insights into community discussions and trending topics will be invaluable in informing future content strategies, ensuring our content remains relevant, engaging, and aligned with audience interests.
- • Performance monitoring and insight generation are also key components of this role. You will track essential engagement metrics, such as comment volume, share rates, saves, overall sentiment, and response times. By identifying recurring audience questions, feedback, and concerns, you will provide actionable insights to internal teams, helping to shape product development, communication strategies, and customer support initiatives. This data-driven approach ensures that our social media efforts are not only engaging but also strategically impactful.
- • Cross-functional collaboration is paramount. You will work hand-in-hand with Marketing, Brand, Public Relations, and Customer Support teams to ensure a cohesive communication strategy and efficient escalation process. This includes coordinating with Customer Support to address inquiries or complaints that require more in-depth follow-up, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your role will be vital during campaign launches, promotions, and major announcements, where your ability to drive active audience engagement will be critical to their success.
- • Maintaining BJAK's brand reputation is a core responsibility. Through thoughtful, empathetic, and brand-safe communication, you will act as a guardian of our online image. You will be trained to identify and promptly escalate sensitive issues, negative sentiment, or potential crises to the relevant stakeholders, ensuring swift and appropriate action. Ultimately, you will be empowered to turn community feedback into tangible insights that drive improvements across the company, embodying BJAK's commitment to continuous growth and customer satisfaction.
