- • We are seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Social Media Manager to fully own and elevate Super.com's organic and paid social media presence across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, as well as exploring emerging channels. This pivotal role will be responsible for defining the strategic direction of our entire social ecosystem, meticulously crafting our distinct channel identities, and driving measurable impact across critical business objectives such as brand awareness, audience engagement, and customer acquisition.
- • In this capacity, you will be instrumental in both high-level strategic planning and meticulous day-to-day execution. This involves expertly overseeing our agency partners, collaborating with creators, and managing production companies across our diverse range of business verticals, which span travel, fintech, pharma, and beyond. You are a natural-born storyteller, possessing a profound understanding of how to translate core brand values into content that is not only culturally relevant but also compelling enough to capture immediate attention in a crowded digital landscape.
- • This position is situated within the Growth Marketing team and requires close collaboration with our Brand, Influencer, Product, and Legal departments. You will serve as the essential connective tissue, ensuring that Super.com consistently and powerfully communicates its message across every social channel. - • Your responsibilities will encompass owning Super.com's comprehensive organic and paid social ecosystem, from platform strategy and channel health to overall performance metrics. You will define and implement a cohesive social strategy that actively supports brand building initiatives, fosters community growth, and aligns with overarching company-wide business objectives.
- • You will spearhead the creative direction and execution of impactful social campaigns across dynamic platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and Facebook, while also staying ahead of emerging channels. A key part of your role will be to diligently monitor and integrate emerging trends, significant cultural moments, and innovative new content formats to continuously evolve our content and platform strategies.
- • You will be responsible for planning and optimizing paid social creative assets across our various business verticals, with a clear focus on driving measurable reach, engagement, and conversion. This requires a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with our Influencer, Brand Design, Growth, Agency, and Campaign Management teams to ensure all creative outputs are perfectly aligned with strategic goals.
- • Establishing and managing scalable operational workflows for content approvals, scheduling, asset management, and performance reporting will be crucial. Furthermore, you will be tasked with analyzing both paid and organic social performance data to inform creative optimization efforts, develop robust testing roadmaps, and guide budget allocation decisions.
- • You will lead innovative creator and User-Generated Content (UGC) initiatives, seamlessly integrating both paid and organic collaborations. Active management of community engagement is also a vital component, aimed at cultivating trust, fostering loyalty, and building long-term brand affinity among our audience.
- • This role demands a deep expertise in platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, along with a keen awareness of emerging social media landscapes. You will leverage your proven track record of owning and scaling multi-platform social ecosystems for prominent consumer brands or large-scale publishers. Your exceptional short-form storytelling instincts will be essential, understanding precisely what resonates with audiences, why it performs, and how to consistently replicate success.
- • The ability to translate complex business goals into actionable channel strategies and compelling social-first creative ideas is paramount. Excellent copywriting skills are a must, enabling you to breathe life into our brand voice. A strong analytical mindset, comfortable with interpreting data to optimize content and inform strategic direction, is equally important. Finally, exceptional organization, prioritization, and project management skills across multiple, concurrent work streams are necessary to thrive in this fast-paced, remote-first environment where autonomous work is key.
