📋 Description

• Own and elevate the social media presence for both ElevenLabs and ElevenCreative brands across X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Discord
• Plan, create, and publish a content calendar across all platforms, ensuring alignment with product launches, feature releases, and company milestones
• Capture product moments directly with AI creative producers and product teams through screen recordings, motion demos, and feature walkthroughs
• Record and edit social-ready content independently using tools like Screen Studio, including assembling clips, adding text overlays, motion graphics, and platform-native formatting
• Grow and manage the Discord community by sparking conversations, surfacing user feedback, and maintaining active engagement
• Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and cultural moments to identify timely content opportunities for the brand
• Develop and iterate on content formats that showcase AI-powered creative capabilities to creators and marketers
• Write sharp, platform-specific copy tailored to the tone and norms of X, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Collaborate with creator partnerships and community teams to source, align on, and amplify third-party creator content across channels
• Monitor and analyze platform analytics (engagement, reach, follower growth, conversion) to refine content strategy and optimize performance
• Uphold and elevate the brand voice and visual quality across all social channels, ensuring consistency and high standards
• Respond to comments and engage in relevant conversations across platforms to build community trust and brand affinity
• Coordinate cross-functionally with video, product marketing, and engineering teams to source assets and align on messaging
• Translate data insights from native platform dashboards into actionable content decisions and strategic adjustments
• Maintain a deep understanding of the AI and creative tools landscape, using tools in the space and forming informed opinions on industry direction

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts for a technology or creative tools company, with a portfolio of work you can share
• Ability to do lightweight video editing, assembling clips, adding text and motion overlays, and formatting content for different platforms
• Comfortable recording and editing your own content with tools like Screen Studio, turning product moments into native posts without waiting on a producer
• Proven ability to write sharp, platform-native copy across X, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Fluency in social analytics, you know how to pull insights from native platform dashboards and translate them into content decisions
• Experience coordinating content across cross-functional teams (video, community, partnerships, product marketing)
