- • Write crisp, engaging social copy that translates complex blockchain, financial crime, and regulatory topics for diverse audience segments.
- • Analyze platform-specific performance data to identify what messaging resonates, iterate on high-performing content, and optimize underperforming posts.
- • Rapidly respond to breaking news and trending conversations to position Chainalysis as a timely, authoritative voice in blockchain and crypto discourse.
- • Track and report on engagement metrics across channels, distilling insights to continuously refine content approach and audience targeting.
- • Build and elevate the public presence of Chainalysis executives through strategic social storytelling and thought leadership content.
- • Maintain strict editorial standards for brand consistency, factual accuracy, and tone across all published social media content.
- • Design new methods for evaluating social media performance, including experimentation frameworks to test messaging, format, and timing.
- • Collaborate closely with the content team, designers, subject matter experts, and senior stakeholders to align social media output with broader communications goals.
- • Leverage AI tools as a core part of daily workflows to enhance productivity, generate ideas, and improve output quality—while maintaining full ownership of final content accuracy and integrity.
- • Stay ahead of evolving social media trends and platform algorithms to ensure Chainalysis remains at the forefront of B2B blockchain communications.
- • Contribute to crisis and policy communications efforts by applying strong editorial judgment and brand awareness in sensitive or high-stakes scenarios.
- • Foster authentic online voices that earn attention, build trust, and drive meaningful engagement with professional and institutional audiences.
- • Ensure all social content reflects Chainalysis’ mission to build trust in blockchains through safety, security, innovation, and transparency.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience managing social media for a B2B technology, media, financial services, cybersecurity, or adjacent brand.
- • Deep understanding of blockchain, crypto, and associated technologies.
- • Exceptional writing and editing skills with proven ability to adapt tone and format across platforms.
- • Track record of building social media strategies that increase engagement and grow audience reach.
- • Comfort using analytics to evaluate performance, design experiments, and guide content decisions.
- • Strong instinct for creating authentic, attention-grabbing online voices.
