📋 Description

• As a Social Media Manager, Community at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will represent the brand authentically across platforms where car owners actively engage—Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok—building trust and fostering meaningful conversations that go beyond app-based interactions.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing organic social strategies, growing Jerry’s subreddits into trusted communities, creating platform-specific engagement playbooks, collaborating with Growth and Content teams for message consistency, and measuring impact through sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation metrics.

• In this role, you will develop scalable community systems, refine your expertise in authentic brand voice in regulated industries, gain experience in AI-assisted content strategy, and grow your impact in shaping how a fast-growing tech brand engages with real-world user conversations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in community management or organic social media, preferably in fintech, insurtech, or regulated consumer-facing industries
• Deep platform fluency on Reddit, TikTok, Quora, and YouTube with ability to write in authentic, platform-native tones that earn engagement
• Proven ability to build systems and processes for scalable community engagement, not just reactive posting
• Experience measuring organic social impact using metrics like sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations
• Strategic mindset with understanding of SEO and how language models cite sources in public forums
