- • As a Social Media Marketing & Graphics Specialist, you will be the driving force behind the company's social media strategy and execution. This role is a perfect blend of strategic thinking and hands-on creative work, requiring you to not only plan and manage social media campaigns but also to bring them to life visually. You will have the autonomy to manage and grow key social channels, ensuring that the brand's message resonates with the target audience in Germany.
- • Your core responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies across major platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and YouTube. This involves understanding the nuances of each platform and tailoring content to maximize reach and engagement. You will be responsible for the entire content lifecycle, from initial ideation and planning to the final publication of engaging posts, stories, and videos.
- • A critical aspect of this role is the creation of compelling visual content. You will be expected to edit images and videos at a basic to medium level, ensuring they are visually appealing, on-brand, and suitable for social media consumption. This requires a keen eye for design and proficiency with relevant editing tools. A strong understanding of what drives engagement and growth on social platforms, coupled with the ability to work independently and take ownership, will set you apart. Prior experience in the real estate industry is a significant advantage, as is fluency in German at a B2 level or higher, which is a mandatory requirement for this role. This position operates within CET working hours.
