As this role directly supports U.S.-based clients, a crucial requirement is the availability to work during U.S. business hours, specifically aligned with the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone (9 AM - 5 PM EST).

  • • In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients regarding their social media strategy and execution. Your responsibilities will span the entire content lifecycle, from initial client communication and scheduling to the final posting of engaging content. You will be instrumental in maintaining a vibrant and consistent online presence for a diverse range of clients, ensuring their brands resonate with their target audiences.   • • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Client Communication and Scheduling:
  • • Serve as the main liaison between the agency and clients, fostering strong relationships built on clear and consistent communication.
  • • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and upcoming events or campaigns.
  • • Skillfully schedule content creation shoots and client events, ensuring seamless coordination between client availability, creative team schedules, and project deadlines.
  • • Manage client expectations regarding content delivery timelines and campaign progress.
  • • Social Media Management and Strategy:
  • • Take ownership of managing multiple client social media accounts across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with each client's overarching brand goals, marketing objectives, and target audience.
  • • Ensure all content posted is consistent with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and overall aesthetic.
  • • Regularly post content, meticulously managing content calendars to maintain a consistent publishing schedule and maximize audience engagement.
  • • Monitor social media channels for engagement, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • • Content Creation and Coordination:
  • • Continuously research and stay abreast of the latest social media trends, platform updates, viral challenges, and emerging best practices.
  • • Translate trend insights into actionable and creative content ideas that are relevant and appealing to each client's specific audience.
  • • Develop comprehensive content briefs and detailed shot lists for videographers, clearly specifying the visual elements, messaging, and objectives for each piece of content to be captured during shoots.
  • • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to brainstorm and conceptualize innovative content formats.
  • • Collaboration and Quality Assurance:
  • • Work in close partnership with video editors, providing clear direction and feedback to ensure content is edited to meet client specifications, brand standards, and platform best practices.
  • • Review and approve final content assets before publication, ensuring accuracy, quality, and strategic alignment.
  • • Act as a bridge between client needs and the creative execution team, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication.
