• • You will act as a key technical liaison, supporting Sales, Product Management, and Client Delivery teams. Your deep understanding of the Duck Creek Policy Platform and its capabilities will be crucial in providing pre-sales support, contributing to solution planning, offering product management expertise, and ensuring exceptional customer support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
