As a Software Configuration Specialist II - Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering critical technical implementation tasks for our esteemed clientele, directly contributing to the successful configuration, build, and testing of our cutting-edge insurance software solutions.
- • This role is instrumental in translating complex business requirements into functional and efficient software configurations. You will be responsible for designing software configurations that precisely align with business process designs and application requirements, ensuring our clients can leverage the full power of Duck Creek's platform.
- • You will act as a key technical liaison, supporting Sales, Product Management, and Client Delivery teams. Your deep understanding of the Duck Creek Policy Platform and its capabilities will be crucial in providing pre-sales support, contributing to solution planning, offering product management expertise, and ensuring exceptional customer support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with a team of talented developers, designers, and architects to guarantee that all configurations and custom components not only meet but exceed application requirements and performance goals. This includes actively participating in code reviews, meticulously fixing any defects identified during testing phases, and resolving performance issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
