- • You will serve as a trusted advisor, directly interacting with partners to understand their unique business needs, technical landscapes, and strategic objectives. Your primary mission will be to architect and execute seamless migrations, ensuring partners can leverage the full power of modern ConnectWise solutions to enhance their operational efficiency, service delivery, and overall business growth.
- • Proactively engage with partners to conduct comprehensive migration readiness assessments. This involves a deep dive into their current technical infrastructure, existing workflows, and business processes to identify potential challenges and opportunities for modernization. Your expert guidance will be crucial in developing tailored strategies that minimize risk and maximize the benefits of adopting cloud-based solutions.
- • Lead and facilitate end-to-end migration sessions, providing hands-on technical support, expert troubleshooting, and effective remediation throughout the entire transition lifecycle. You will work closely with partner stakeholders, from initial engagement through to successful platform adoption and the realization of tangible business value.
- • Identify, meticulously manage, and resolve complex technical and operational issues that arise during the migration process. Your ability to anticipate and address these challenges swiftly will be key to minimizing disruption to partner operations and driving continuous improvement in our migration methodologies.
- • Develop and execute robust operational plans for consulting and configuration services, with a strong emphasis on creating scalable, repeatable, and efficient migration solutions that can be applied across a broad range of partners.
- • Maintain transparent and consistent communication regarding migration progress, operational plans, identified risks, and key outcomes with both partner leadership and internal ConnectWise leadership. This ensures alignment, manages expectations, and fosters strong collaborative relationships.
- • Actively capture valuable partner feedback and operational insights derived from migration projects. You will collaborate closely with our product management and process improvement teams to translate these learnings into enhancements for our tooling, workflows, and best practices, thereby improving the overall partner experience and our service delivery capabilities.
- • Deliver impactful technical training, system configuration guidance, and expert troubleshooting support through various channels, including webinars, onsite engagements, and remote sessions. The goal is to empower partners with the knowledge and skills necessary for successful cloud adoption and ongoing platform utilization.
- • Develop and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive solution documentation and user guides specifically for migration projects. This includes meticulously documenting partner interactions, project milestones, and successful outcomes to support the scalability and repeatability of our cloud migration initiatives.
- • Validate reported defects, resolve intricate technical issues, and support custom engagement requirements, ensuring all resolutions are accompanied by clear documentation and structured, professional communication.
- • Effectively manage multiple concurrent migration initiatives, skillfully balancing competing priorities while maintaining meticulous project documentation and consistent, high-quality stakeholder communication across all engagements.
- • Provide essential support for project management activities, ensuring the seamless coordination and successful delivery of all cloud migration engagements, adhering to timelines and quality standards.
