  • • As a Software Developer at Inizio Medical, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality software solutions that directly support critical business functions and enhance customer experiences. This role is pivotal for a seasoned full-stack developer who possesses robust technical expertise, a keen aptitude for problem-solving, and the ability to foster strong collaborative relationships within a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
  • • You will be empowered to work independently on moderately complex features, taking ownership of your contributions from conception through to deployment. Your role will involve actively participating in and contributing to technical design discussions, ensuring that all developed solutions meet stringent standards for code quality, optimal performance, and long-term scalability. A key aspect of this position is the continuous improvement of our development practices and methodologies.
  • • You will tackle problems of moderate scope, where thorough analysis of situations and data is required to identify and implement effective solutions. This involves exercising sound judgment within established procedures and practices to determine the most appropriate course of action, while diligently building and nurturing productive working relationships both internally with colleagues and externally with stakeholders.
  • • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with your colleagues across the organization to identify and implement the most effective solutions and approaches to complex challenges. This includes actively contributing to estimations for software solutions, encompassing both development timelines and ongoing support requirements, ensuring accuracy and realistic expectations.
  • • Your responsibilities will span the entire software development lifecycle, from initial analysis and design through to development, rigorous user acceptance testing, seamless implementation, and successful deployment. You will be expected to interface directly with internal and external customers as needed, to refine requirements, gather feedback, and ensure timely delivery within agreed-upon estimations.
  • • A significant part of the role involves database administration, including making modifications to database structures, ensuring the robust encryption of sensitive data, and performing data manipulation and cleansing as appropriate to maintain data integrity and security.
  • • You will contribute to and participate actively in the creation and execution of comprehensive test plans, performing thorough unit-level testing to ensure the reliability and functionality of your code.
  • • Developing and maintaining interfaces between company and client information systems will be a key responsibility, ensuring smooth data flow and system interoperability.
  • • You will be tasked with resolving technical problems that arise pertaining to the use of existing information systems, providing timely and effective support to minimize disruption.
  • • A crucial output of your work will be the authoring of clear and comprehensive technical documentation that supports the developed software solutions and associated processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and maintainability.
  • • This role requires flexibility, and you will be expected to work adaptably as business needs evolve, potentially requiring adjustments to your schedule or focus.
  • • You will ensure that all work assignments, change requests, and identified issues are logged and managed appropriately within our project management systems, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • • A proactive approach to evaluating and discovering new technology solutions will be encouraged, contributing to the continuous innovation and modernization of our software landscape.
  • • You will participate in the full project lifecycle, from inception through to successful delivery, ensuring strict compliance with all project requirements and adherence to development best practices.
  • • You will be expected to communicate a solid understanding of project scope, strategy, and the work required to achieve objectives, providing clear and concise updates to stakeholders.
  • • Coordination with the wider team will be essential to ensure that projects are meticulously planned, efficiently executed, and delivered according to established timelines.
  • • You will participate in regular meetings with the internal team to ensure that all work performed aligns precisely with business needs and strategic priorities.
  • • You will review and analyze application effectiveness and efficiency, proactively identifying and managing potential changes. Furthermore, you will guide and coach teammates to improve processes, resolve issues, and minimize project risks.
  • • A critical aspect of this role within the healthcare industry is the absolute safeguarding of patient privacy and confidentiality, strictly adhering to the guidelines set forth in the Privacy and Security Rules of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
  • • You may be required to provide on-call and after-hours coverage as necessary to support critical systems and address urgent issues.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a leading healthcare engagement partner, leveraging technology to improve patient outcomes and support healthcare professionals.
