• • Join Valsoft Corporation as a Software Developer, AI, where you will embed directly within one of 150+ mission-critical vertical market software companies in their portfolio to build AI-powered solutions that drive real business impact. This role is for developers who thrive on solving ambiguous, high-stakes problems by shipping production-quality code—not maintaining legacy systems, but creating what the business actually needs from scratch.
• • Day to day, you will: embed inside portfolio companies to deeply understand their product, codebase, and operational gaps; design and develop AI-powered features, integrations, and internal tools using LLMs, agents, or AI tooling across any tech stack; collaborate closely with product and operations teams to translate business problems into clean, scalable technical solutions; own the full delivery lifecycle from scoping and building to shipping, measuring impact, and iterating based on real-world outcomes; identify where AI creates genuine product leverage—beyond novelty—and build toward it as a core operational capability; and over time, operate across multiple portfolio companies to build cross-industry expertise in what AI applications actually deliver value in enterprise software.
