• • Day to day, you will: embed inside portfolio companies to deeply understand their product, codebase, and operational gaps; design and develop AI-powered features, integrations, and internal tools using LLMs, agents, or AI tooling across any technology stack; collaborate closely with product and operations teams to translate business needs into clean, scalable technical solutions; own the full delivery lifecycle from scoping and building to shipping, measuring impact, and iterating based on real-world outcomes; identify where AI creates genuine product leverage and build toward it as a core capability, not a novelty; and over time, operate across multiple portfolio companies to build broad expertise in what AI solutions actually work in diverse enterprise environments.
