- • As a Senior Software Engineer in India, you will be a founding member of GoDaddy’s new Sales Intelligence team, building greenfield solutions to transform sales operations through AI-powered lead scoring, routing, and assignment systems.
- • Day to day, you will design and build intelligent lead scoring and assignment systems, develop Salesforce integrations using Apex, Flows, and LWC, build backend services and APIs in Java and TypeScript, collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Data Science teams, implement AI/ML features using LLMs and retrieval systems, drive engineering initiatives, mentor future hires, and own the full lifecycle of features from design to production monitoring.
- • You’ll join a hybrid team at GoDaddy’s Gurugram office, working remotely some days and in-office others, as part of a mission-driven company empowering entrepreneurs worldwide with tools to succeed online.
- • In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape a new team from day one, establish engineering practices, mentor peers, gain hands-on experience with AI in production, and directly impact sales outcomes through innovative technology solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience building scalable backend systems with proficiency in Java and/or TypeScript
- • Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations) or strong willingness to learn quickly
- • Solid understanding of REST API design, data modeling, and integration patterns
- • Experience working with SQL databases and familiarity with data pipelines
- • Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle—from scoping to production monitoring
- • Demonstrated ability to operate with ambiguity and drive clarity in a fast-moving environment
- • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with non-engineering stakeholders (Sales, Ops, Product)
- • A growth mindset and hunger to learn new technologies on the job
